  Telstra, Optus are the largest telecommunication companies in Australia but have a lot more awful reviews on whirlpool. Does that mean they are running scams?
  
  Only people who are not happy with the services normally go to forums to vent out their frustrations. Normally this is only a fraction of clients a big company like Telstra or VentraIP will have. People or Customers who are happy with the service unfortunately don't go on forums to mention how happy they are.

I have a website hosted on Ventra, they are one of the cheapest but haven't had any problems with it. They are also one of the biggest providers.

Seems like this could be a good deal for someone wanting a prebuilt website with limited support, much like wix.com etc but at a much cheaper rate.

I would estimate over one quarter of my work comes from people learning the hard way about DIY site builders. I am sure the site builder would be useful for some basic sites, but comments regarding easy ecommerce and professional sites in 3 easy steps are misleading in my humble opinion. A cheap looking website portrays a bad impression just like a dirty or rundown shopfront would, but as always it is another example of "you get what you pay for"

      Nobody wants a cheap looking website, but of course some can pay more than others. Those with budget constraints should not be mislead that this is an easy cheap way to get a professional site. The profession is muddled by offers like this, which leads to my favorite phone question 'how much is a website?'.   So I am asking again, the question you keep avoiding, is it RVSiteBuilder? If so, why not tell everyone so they can also check FREE online demos before having to pay you to test? You might even find if the sitebuilder is as good as you claim, people will find more info online (as there is tons of info and support available for RVSB) and then make an informed decision. I really wouldn't want to buy a mystery product here, even if it was a 30 day money back guarantee, only to find it was the same product I could have researched before forking out my hard earned cash…
