Air Jordan retro. Reputable online sellers?

Hi Ozbargainers, my daughter has been asking me about getting a pair of retro Air Jordan's for a few months. Apparently there are more than a few sites posing as legit who only supply knock-offs, was hoping to be pointed in the right direction. The Nike website was showing prices of $300-400+, and I thought (hoped) they might be original items rather than the retro models which I presumed would be $100-$150 US.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

What models and sizes are you looking for? Since you said daughter I'm probably assuming you're looking for GS(Grade School) sizes since there isn't very many actual female sized jordans. Cost depends on popularity of the model there are the usual sites for shoes are eastbay.com or footlocker.com (note .com american one) or http://www.sneakerhead.com, or from the UK http://www.endclothing.co.uk/ or http://www.size.co.uk/home

    • She's already tall for a girl (size 9 or 10 women's) so I think it will be standard/male Jordan's.

She's got her eye on Jordan 1's in the standard white/black/red

Thanks heaps for the links I will check them out.

"She's got her eye on Jordan 1's in the standard white/black/red"

This model would either be "Chicago Bulls" or "Black Toes" both which are very highly sorted and will be hard to find genuine ones under $250. Womens sizes are 2 smaller in males, so a 9 would be largest GS13 or 10 would be Mens 8. If you posted this thread maybe 3 months ago it would've just been released into footlocker aswell.

        • Thanks for that chris_. They were all sold out indeed, except for one store which had men's sizes for between $249-$269. What does the "GS" in GS13 stand for? Also, I read on another shoe conversion chart that an Aust. women's 9 = US men's 9:

          http://www.i18nguy.com/l10n/shoes.html

        • "women's 9 = US men's 9"

That's definitely wrong sorry. Nike's dont even have an Aus sizing for shoes we generally go by US GS =Grade School(Kids)

        • It was from the conversion chart I linked to, no idea of its legitimacy it just came high up in the google results

So if she is currently in Aus women's 9 1/2, then a US men's 8 is more than substantial, possibly even too big? More a men's 7 1/2?

        • Jordan Brand doesn't run 7.5's or 7's iirc. Men's 7.5-8 is maybe 1-2cm difference at the toe.
