Hi everyone! I am new here so please be kind.
I have a daihatsu sirion that cones with radio cassette player and it's also not working and Im thinking in get a new one but I don't want a cd player. Is there anywhere a car mp3 (with usb) or aux plug and radio player? I will appreciate any help. Thanks.

If the radio works, you could get one of those FM transmitters. Or if the cassette is only bad in the mechanics and you are in Sydney, you can have the 3.5 mm jack audio to cassette adaptor that I put on Freecycle.org a couple of days back. Edit: the sort of thing in the post above mine.
Thanks guys but the cassette player doesn't work. Tried that before and it only helped me to find out that didn't work.
These adaptors only rely on the tape head and the amplifier working, i.e. the electronics, the pinch roller and capstan don't have to be in working condition. I realise it's hard to test the electronics with a cassette though.
I know but I guess its too old and also the speakers are horrible just the radio sounds awful and dont mention how ugly looks
In that case get a cheap new radio with an audio input and speakers.
Was in Aldi yesterday. They've got one like you describe; without cassette or CD. Had a USB port and bluetooth for $60 or $70.
Check out this. I got this one and works great. Does Bluetooth streaming, USB playback, AUX. Bluetooth from the iPhone works really well. I've also got a tiny 8GB USB drive that I've got MP3's on and that works really well too.

Good choice CSR! :) I help my bro install this exact model you recommended and it performs brilliantly and sounds very nice on the OEM speakers in the car.
Look for the Aerpro premade wiring looms for Daihatsu Sirion and Pioneer, makes life much easier no need to solder (unless your existing deck is soldered in) :S

jaycar and jbhifi have decks under $100 with no moving parts (ie. cd mech)
