I bought the phone on 19 April 2013 and activated it afterwards. However, I don't think I have been credited with the 2,500 Flybuys points. Does anyone buying this phone get the Flybuys points?

I have heard reports of members not getting bonus points from mobile phone deals. It's been long enough from the promotion date that the call center staff should take you seriously and look into crediting the points. You will probably need receipt details although I suggest still ringing them if you don't. If the base points show on your transaction history in your flybuys account then you still have a good chance of getting the bonus points even if you don't have the receipt.

Just contact Flybuys(they may ask for some kind of proof ?)…got mine no probs around 1 month after purchase.
