  nvm, read full listing! although the part "voltage input： 2.8-4.2v" means it wont take a AA i believe(AA=1.2v)

    AA is not that bright, but you can buy it anywhere. It's more convenience.

      Your specs say it won't work with AA batteries.

      AA batteries are 1.2-1.4V for NiMh and NiCad rechargeables, and 1.5V for alkaline. Even NiZn batteries with a peak voltage of 1.9V won't operate this torch. That's it for AA batteries, there is no such thing as an AA battery with a voltage of "2.8-4.2v".

      Either your claim to run from AA batteries is wrong, or your "voltage input 2.8-4.2v" is wrong.

        100% definitely runs off both 14500 and AA's.
