  • you can get the pink fabric type bins from Bunnings. http://www.aussieskipbags.com.au/ There are a few different sizes and you can check the pricing in your area by putting in your postcode.

  • +1

Skip Bins are way too overcharged for what they offer. I know of a family friend that has this business down pat.

He owns a scrap metal yard, and is in with his mates that work for JR Richards. He removes all metal, and scraps it. And 3 times a week his mate comes past in the JR Richards garbage truck, picks up the rubbish and JR Richards fonts the bill for the rubbish. No one knows the difference as those garbage trucks hardly ever get full 100%.

He does about 20 bins a week.

Like I said, he has it down pat.

  • Post your skip bin requirements on a service website e.g. serviceseeking.com.au or hipages.com.au
We hired a 2 cubic metre one recently for $200- duration 1 week.

  • We've used Skip Bin Finder and pleased withed their service. They deliver next day and their staff are helpful when I wanted to know how long I could hire their skip for.
Take a look at their website here https://www.skipbinfinder.com.au/ and see if its the right choice for you? There online quoting tool is great because you'll get a price back straight away before ordering. cheers

  • You may need to obtain a council permit if it's going to be stored on the road or nature strip. The provider won't necessarily tell you this. It's all fine if you have a big property with access that allows them to drop it in your yard somewhere.
