  • I have this watch. It's good but close inspection will tell it's a budget watch… The hands don't tick accurately on the dials, mine is off to the left a fraction. The weight is good but the hinges feel cheap. This is still a very cheap price though.

Just a FYI, if quartz chronograph hands are not aligned correctly, they can usually be fixed by simply pulling the the crown out and pressing the top or bottom chronograph button. Usually the crown in the first position (where you would change the date) and the top button will change one subdial or the bottom button will change the other subdial. Crown position 2 (altering the main hands) and the top button will change the big central seconds hand. Almost all quartz chronographs will use some variation of this to fix the alignment of hands.

      Hope it works for you!

  • I have a Edifice watch. Very nice and reliable. Also, very easy to change the battery by myself.

  • I have a edifice solar with perpetual calander, loses a few minutes every year, apart from that i cant fault it, glass is still scratch free even after 5 years although its not the watch I wear most of the time (orient automatic)

  • Isn't this a better deal as its essentially the same watch with slight variation to the face?

    • That's an OK watch but its not a edifice.

  • Soooo US centric on the inscriptions (gal, miles) :-)

    • Markers for converting kms, miles (nautical and statute), gallons and pounds are a common feature of many E6B flight computers.
