Online Grocery Deliveries

I have been looking at online grocery deliveries lately and found that the delivery fee plus the added margin on the items can be quote expensive. Also I find it too restrictive as not all the products are available through their websites. Are there any services out there i can use and how much would i be looking at? What is a reasonable fee or what would other people be willing to pay?

thanks everyone

  • When will Iga start home deliveries !? They are the cheapest & best supermarket but don't seem to have caught up with these times of convenience shopping. Actually we do have one here in Perth who does home deliveries - but not to our area. Anyone out there who can advise on this ? I do also realize they are a franchised network of stores - however all stores still come under the umbrella of the I.G.A. Head Office which should be moving with the times

IGA are never cheaper, a few stores match woolies/coles, but most of them are more expensive.

IGA stores can decide if they want to do home delivery, many of them do.

      • IGA base their pricing and product range on the demographic of their customers. Some stores have very cheap specials because that is what their customer base demands. In other areas IGA is set up as a very high end premium supermarket.
