Those who are on Telstra's prepaid Encore cap will know that they removed the $300 cap on roll-over credit a couple of weeks ago.
Hubby's month expires tomorrow, and he's noticed that they didn't send out the numerous text messages advising that his plan was due to expire.
SO if you normally rely on those text messages 4 days before your recharge is due to expire to remind you, it's probably a good idea not to do so, set a reminder or three if you have not already done so. Remove the rollover cap, but also remove the reminder so that more people's recharges expire - typical Telstra!
