Does anyone know how long does it take for completed transactions to be approved by the merchant? I have 3 transactions completed a week ago but they are still tracking. One of those was Bankwest Smart eSaver, I remember that when I click the link to the Bankwest website, the pop-up says something like "Paid upon completion of online application form" , then I completed the application and got an email from Bankwest, does that mean I should be paid as I have completed the online application form. Or I would only be paid until the account is actually opened?

It depends on the network and merchant. The network that the BankWest offer is on doesn't use an Approved state and so this will stay Tracking until its paid. Other networks and merchants have varying times after which a transaction will automatically move into the Approved state. As long as your transaction isn't Cancelled then it should just be a matter of time before you receive the moneyback.
