My grandma is looking for a new laptop.
She will pretty much be using it for only internet, Mainly checking emails, or maybe playing solitaire or cell or those types of games.
She's not interested in smaller notebooks as they are pretty hard for her to read. Something around 15 inch
She has had a look at this aldi Medion laptop and whilst I am familiar with desktop computer parts I have no idea about laptop processors.

is this a good deal, And if not what could you buy for $500?
Also I know your're all going to comment that this is way overkill for what she needs, But what 15inch laptops can you get for cheaper and will there be a noticeable difference in speed?
How about a Chromebook?
