GraysOutlet Returns?

Hey guys,

Earlier this year I bought some Armani sunglasses from GraysOutlet. I wanted to return them since the screws have fallen out of the hinge and they no longer function.

The box says nothing about a warranty from Armani. Is there a way I can return them to GraysOutlet? I can't find ANYTHING about their returns policy on the site.

Help appreciated.

  • It is past the 30 days which they say they offer on their refund page. Do you think I could still claim?

  • I purchased a Tumi bag and in less than a month the stich was broken. I received full refund from Grays and got to keep the bag.
