Was wondering if anyone could find me a bargain on a new PS3 Console for GTA V on or before this Tuesday. Any model except the 12GB. Thanks in advance.

Not really interested in extra games at this point, $399 is pretty standard anyway, some people offering new games, extra controllers etc. Looking for a price under $300 for just the console, best deal I've sussed thus far is $329 for the 500gb one at EB with Assassins Creed 3.

How about that one? The cheapest I've seen the game is $79 that makes it $300 for the console.

Both JB and EB will have it, but it doesn't come with the headset or PS+ like it does in other reigons. So it's pretty much just the console and the game in a box.
Yeah saw that one but I've already got the Collector's Edition coming so no need for a standard copy of the game. Thanks anyway. Looks like $329 is about as good as it gets :(
Rupture, my fat ps3 died a few weeks ago and picked up the 12gb + essentials game + hdmi cable for $199 at target, then bought a 500gb hdd for 80ish.. And a harddrive mount for $8 = win. Even better if u have a spare laptop hdd laying around. Pretty much plug and play.. Can youtube it to see howmeasy it is < min install
Considered that but really I can't be arsed fiddling with installing after market HDD's + don't want to void warranty.
You won't void warranty, Sony makes it intentionally upgradable and they even sell the bracket you would use to install the HDD.
Correct. Adding a hard drive to the 12GB is very simple and by design. It is like Lego. The hardest thing is working out where you want to order the bracket from.
