About the SavvySteal.com shopping, I need help!!!!

A month ago in savvysteal.com purchase iphone4S and 5 charging back case, now confiscated arrival, contact [email protected], just let me wait, they do not produce any of the contact phone number, it will not take the initiative to solve the problem , gave me the number of a POST query, the query is not sent to my house address, until now no solution. Feel they are very unprofessional!

  In this case how can I get my money back? Whether to call the police? My English is not good, I hope you understand.

    I have since lodged a missing items claim with Australia post (11/09/2013) and I am awaiting their reply.

    I certainly understand your concern as your order is relatively large - But please work with me so I can get you your items or a refund ASAP. Thanks again and my humblest of apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
