Looking for a surveillance system, this one looks like what I am looking for but I am a little skeptical about the price. Does anyone know how good it would be?

Basically, I am after 4 x indoor and 4 x outdoor cameras that are able to record. Are those cameras able to record at night? What would the quality output be like for the outdoor ones?
