Need help with writing a cover letter

I am trying to apply for my local hoyts cinema for a casual/part time job. Was wondering what to include in my cover letter. thanks guys.

If you are applying to an advert in which they are asking for certain skills/experience, you should detail your suitability to fulfil the requirements of the role based on your personal experience.

Say that you have previous customer service - whatever you can possibly think of. That you are used to shift work and find it convenient. Saying that you are ready to start whenever they like. Saying that you are used to cleaning duties as picking up everyone's mess is maybe part of the job. Sometimes going into the place and introducing yourself to the shift manager when you hand deliver the application can work well, looking just the part and confident and friendly, but not a push over from difficult customers.
