I ordered the GTA Ebay deal on here the other day and now im getting impatient and want to play now :P
I wanted to know if any stores still have a money back guarantee if i buy from a store now and then get a refund when my online order comes in a week.

I think the OP wants to commit fraud and has no intention of keeping the local copy once the cheaper import arrives, and will not pay for it.
is it really fraud when you take advantage of a company policy? I had no intention of keeping the game, but at the same time I don't see how its ilegal if the company has a policy of returning through change of mind.
It isn't change of mind if you have no intention of keeping it. Yes it is fraud.
If you buy a second copy then you better keep it. If u dont want to keep it then go rent it from somewhere instead. What's going to happen to the person who unfortunately buys your returned copy? They're going to think that they've purchased a brand new game where infact its been used before.
Eb have been encouraging people that weren't getting the game on launch and waiting for delivery to get a 2nd copy until it comes in the mail, so if you don't abuse it no one should flinch
I rang EB a few days ago and enquired into their returns policy. They told me as long as the disc wasn't scratched and all manuals where in perfect condition I could get a full cash refund within 7 days - no questions asked. So i went with that
If you have the coin to buy two copies, why not just buy it here in the first place? Are you really paying substantially less than $69?
EB still have the 7 day return policy don't they?
