I purchased a voucher for a dinner @ Cosmos in Heathridge (Perth) I have tried to contact the restaurant to make a booking and all I get is an answering machine telling me to leave my contact details and they will get back to,me. This happened before with this restaurant, and in the end I had to contact the site where I purchased the deal in order for them to assist me. Has anyone had the same prob? A little frustrating that I cannot make a reservation when I ring. Just hope they contact me or I will need to phone them again & again !!

Every single person who ever bought a restaurant voucher from a group-buying website has had this problem.
Any respectable coupon group should give you a refund if you are having a problem making a Booking.
I went to this restaurant first using a group voucher. It was excellent. Saw it advertised with a different coupon site a few months later and decided to buy another one. Strangely, they had new ownership! They were not half as good, mixed up my reservation. They may have closed as I don't think they are doing much business. Probably best to get a refund from the voucher website if they are not answering the phone.
Why would you go and buy a second deal from them when you had so many problems the first time? Asking for trouble.
