PC to iPhone (Camera roll) photo transfer without using internet connection

I am very despreate at the moment. let me get straight to the point.

I need help in this matter.

I would like to transfer photos from PC to iPhone and ability to save it into CAMERA ROLL that gives us the cabaility to delete any photo that i don't want (Not the itunes method that creates new album).

I cannot find any app that can do that, most of them are through wifi app. Because I have huge amount of photos that's why I don't like the wifi app.

I am looking for suggestion if anyone out there knows the app that let us transfer photo from pc to iphone through itunes with the help of app and then let me to save all the photos into camera roll instantly.

help would be much appreciated.

    Did u try "iTools" yet? I think this software might be the best replacement for the iTunes .

    However this software is made in china… So….
    I am not sure is English Lang support or not, but yeah, at least is worth to try it.

    can't you do this via Iphone usb cable connection to PC.

    I did this for my son, once you have iphone connected to PC then look for Iphone drive next to C: drive etc of the computer.
    And then open it like normal hard drive or USB drive, drag/cut/ copy and paste to PC or vice-versa.

    I am NOT Iphone user but I did above twice recently without itunes or any other app. Please feel free to correct me if required.

      U really have no idea of using an apple product.
