[StartHere] failed tracking my applications for both Bankwest and Suncorp!

  1. My wife and I applied Bankwest smart saver accounts. Her application was failed to track and no record on Moneybackco, while mine was successful. She submitted an equiry. It became status "sent to network" a few days ago. We wonder how long it will take to come to a result.

  2. Both of us have also applied Suncorp eoption savings accounts. But both were failed to be tracked. We did enable the cookies and St George Direct Saver applications succeeded. Is cashback for appliction for Suncorp accounts over?

  • Hi there, I had the same problem with suncorp, all of my transactions with different merchant were successfully tracked but suncorp. I opened the suncorp eoptions and everyday options acccount 2 weeks ago, and both of them were failed to be tracked, so I submitted 2 enquiries for those 2 transaction a week ago and they were sent to network. Is there anyone else has the same tracking problem with suncorp?

  • @newozbargainer - if you haven't already done so please complete an 'enquiry form' from your 'transactions' page and we'll chase these up with the network/merchant (one of the more responsive ones, which is good).

    I can tell you that Suncorp transactions are working for others.
