    Its a similar price in JB Hi Fi… but that means leaving the house, and not saving that 1 cent… ozbarginers will definitely want to save the 1 cent!

      Great mechanics, great visual but dat storyline is so boring/lame. If only someone could utilise this engine to make a game with a better story.

    Honestly why wouldn't you just sign up to ps plus for $70 for the year and gain this for free along with a heap of games for the next year, plus the other benefits.. And if you have any intention of buying a ps4 you will have to have plus to play online so why not sign up now and enjoy the free ps3 games.

      Definitely agree with this.

      Recently just bought 3 month PS Plus to see how it is, and it has saved me quite a bit. Was able to play games like AC3 and XCOM for free.

      But you do have to renew it every year in order to keep playing, but that isn't too much to pay considering how large your collection would be.

      Because once your PS+ subscription ends, you're locked out from all the freebie games and some people just want to play offline. Not my bag, but there's that.

        For $70 a year and around 30 ps3 games a year, why would you cancel your subscription though? And if you are getting a ps4 not only is it for online play but there are free games as well for that, resogun and drive club ps plus edition available on release. And finally if you have a ps vita you get games for that too.

          As I said, it's not my bag. I have a PS+ subscription but there are people in niche scenarios where they'd rather have the physical copy. Either they don't play online, or they're throttled by low download caps, care nothing for the non-Far Cry titles, etc.

          i dont think you have to be online to play the acutal games though. So just being online to download the titles is enough.

          This is correct, although you must occasionally sign in. I'm not sure what the time is, but sometimes if I haven't played a particular game for a while (weeks/months) when I try and launch it while I'm offline it will say something like 'This content has expired'. To fix it I need to launch the game while I'm logged in. Probably just to do a license check with the Sony servers.

    I think soon it will be on "2 for $40" deal at JB Hi-Fi(it's already $29 at JB Hi-Fi anyway). A great game by the way.

    Was about to buy this game but then it went free on ps+. I'm liking it so far.
