It's sort of good to get a reminder every six months given that the movies are so expensive these days and there are always new OzBargainers.
If you are a student and don't mind going to see movie on Monday, you can get a ticket for $7.5 through hoyts reward for student.
is there any information about which cinemas that runs at? I saw a staff member wearing a t-shirt promoting it once but haven't found any information anywhere

Isn't there an additional $1 booking fee though? Still cheaper (slightly) than the Telstra rewards though :)
There is a $1 booking fee, but the price of the ticket is $9 before you get there.
A good deal, but I don't know if signing up for a Telstra account is ever a bargain.
No booking fee if you surrender the $8.50 Village voucher at the ticket box. Only if you book online or by phone.

This is the normal price. Optus customers can also get $10 movie tickets. Don't know if Vodafone have any similar deal?
