    Hi!

Your site says 24 months warranty - BUT your warranty says 12 months for mobile phones. Which is correct?

Also, your warranty terms state - "Where eGlobaL authorises warranty service of a Product, we will instruct you to return the product to our authorised repair centre. eGlobaL may require that the Product be sent to Hong Kong or Australia, as directed by eGlobaL. The freight charge(s) for returning the goods to us will be borne by you."

If you require something (a SAMSUNG Note 3 for example) to be sent to Hong Kong. Just how (what method) would you suggest it be sent? I understand it can be very expensive to send a mobile phone from Australia to Hong Kong.

      Hi A3Australia,

Our 24Month Warranty is the maximum period and it is mainly for camera products.
We cover up to 12 months for mobile phones.

If the mobile is Dead-On-Arrival, we will require customer to pay nothing to get a replacement.
For warranty services, customer will need to pay the return postage which is normally around AUD$20. We will return the repaired product to customer for free.

I hope my reply helps clarifying these. Thanks!

So, the 12 months period is correct.

You have not answered my question. Please do so.

    DWI/eGlobal - caveat emptor!

  • is pick-up available in melbourne?

  • guys please note..this is not a 4G mobile.

    • Which one? The Xperia Z is 4G, but the Note 3 in the title isn't and it is correctly labelled as 3G.
