Ikea Springvale Vic (and I presume other stores in Vic, NSW, and QLD) have 20% off dinner sets for Ikea Family members - special expires in 3 days.
The DINERA 18 piece set (in beige, grey-blue or brown) are almost half price at $15.99 (usual price $29.99).
This set includes 6x bowls, small plates and pasta bowls.
Matching dinner plates are $2.99 each but out of stock (until next month) at most stores just now (the special has been on for a week, so I presume everyone has been buying the matching dinner plates) .

You must be an Ikea Family Member to get the prices, but should be able to sign up at the front of the shop.
