      How much of a hard-sell should I expect if I take my bike in to get 'tightened' and 'lubricated'? Last time I spoke to a store like this they suggested I should buy a new bike! :)

    I am doubtful if headset would be dealt with under 'bronze' service as this probably only covers exterior controls.
