iHerb order not received customer service

Hi,

Has anyone had any experience with iherb customer service?

I haven't received an order which I placed on the 11th of September. Usually orders arrive within 2 weeks max but its almost been a month. The last activity on the DHL tracker is Sept 17th "Processing Completed at Origin" in "Des Plaines, IL, US".

I emailed iherb a few days ago but no reply so far.

    My experience has always been quite positive. Maybe shoot them another email. I haven't really had to contact them much before though…

    I think your parcel was seized by the Customs without notice.I have the same experience before.I think my case was due to spirulina.By contacting their facebook,they will assess your account's previous record(7 GM parcels received with no probs for me) to decide if you would be refunded(one-time only).After I got refund,never use DHL GM again.My advice is if you use DHL GM,make sure what you buy are absolutely not on the what cant be mailed to AU list on DAFF website.

    Mate wait a little more. I been through this few months back, and finally after 5 weeks I got my package.

    usually I get it in a weeks time.
    Customs takes forever sometimes.

    Has anyone ever bought any Waldens Farm products from iherb? I want to buy some but worried they will get seized (no point in starting a new thread for this I assume?)

    Don't bother emailing them, post on their Facebook page instead and you'll be sorted. Had an issue with them, never received replies to emails, as soon as used Facebook was resolved within several hours.

    Its just soap so I don't know why customers would hold onto them.

    Can anyone paste me there DHL track log? I would like to see what happens after processing at origin.

    I don't facebook so can't complain there, I guess I can signup to facebook to do it.

      You can only track your parcel till it departs USA.

        But can you paste me a track log of something you ordered from iherb?

        I just want to find out if normally anything happens after:

        Des Plaines, IL, US Processing Completed at Origin

          I don't use GM anymore.Just try changing the last 2-digit of your tracking number see other parcels.

    Came home to it at my front door, buts is good to know that iherb are standing by to ignore my emails if this happens again.
