Interparcel.com.au

I use interparcel.com.au first time on 25 September 2013 to deliver from Brisbane to University of New South Wales library. The estimated delivery date said to be 30 September 2013 which is reasonable to me. However they failed to deliver on 1 October 2013. I complained on 2, 4, 1,9 and 10 October they still saying their driver can not deliver because they can not find the address. I confirmed the address with the university and I gave them my phone number and also library's phone number but no one ring me at all. I talked with interparcel.com.au online today they said they passed my case to one of his colleague to follow up. does any of you have similar experience with interparcel.com.au ?
