Halloween costume - Stereotypical "Gangsta"/"Hip hop"/"rapper"

Hey guys! I'm planning to dress up as a stereotypical "gangsta" rapper (not a real badass gangster like Al Capone). I love dressing up but I'm short on some dough and need help finding bargains… so I'm trying to look for the following:

Plain white/black tee - I know most department stores carry them, but does anyone know where the cheapest might be? Kmart/Target/Big W/somewhere else?

"Bling bling" aka obnoxiously large gold chain necklaces/rings/bracelets. You know what I'm talking about. Think: MR. T.

Fake "grillz", like you know, for your teeth. Gold as well preferably.

Plain "snapback" cap.

Fake money/play money. So I can make it raaaaain.

Fake gun? Is that too much/too insulting? Oh well…

If anyone knows how/where I can get these items before October 22, that would be great.

I live in Melbourne, in Coburg, so if anyone knows costume/toy shops or other shops that sell the above mentioned items near/around coburg or even in the CBD, that would be really helpful!

My budget is around $50!

    I reckon you could get most of these very cheaply from a $2 shop actually. I went into a Crazy Clarks the other day for the first time in years and was surprised at the range of stuff that was pretty well-priced. It was all junk of course and wouldn't last beyond a single use but I suspect that's all you're after. There is a pretty decent $2 shop in Melbourne Central train station, at the Elizabeth St entrance.

    My buddies performed at a hip hop gig at Revolver years ago wearing bright yellow Eminem-style track suits that they picked up from a junk shop and it was pure awesome. Don't forget your white sports shoes as well. And a Mariah Carey lookalike by your side ;) Have fun.

      I'll check out a bunch of $2 shops… hopefully I find what I need! Thank you very much!

    Savers on Sydney Road Brunswick have a massive Halloween section they set up specially every year. Everythings pretty cheap. You might find a pimp or gangsta costume set, you never know.

    Instead of a snapback cap, why not get a "Du-Rag"? They're usually at $2 shops and look pretty fly… know what im sayin'?

      I actually have one! But I feel like it doesn't suit me well.. haha! though I'd go for that if I can't find a cheap snapback

    Fake money/play money - "asian" grocery stores usually have this - you can buy "good joss" or "hell bank" money -50 notes for $3 or so.
