      I'd rather pay a little more for a brand I know and trust, especially when the margin is as little as $1. Cost is not the only single factor someone considers when purchasing goods or services. If that was the case no one would own an iphone and we would all be walking around with these

        so even with similar performance/effectiveness, including both being 25% urea, you prefer the imported over the local product?

        do you also buy brand names over generics?

        being generally more important/serious, oral medication should require more trust than topical treatment :)

        A lot more oral generic medication is being manufactured in India nowadays. I generally prefer non-indian manufactured oral medication.
