      Length of the pants if I remember rightly. ST is short, REG is regular

      From previous Pierre Cardin / TMS history (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/76401#comment-972461)

      ST is indeed short and REG is regular, but this applies to both jacket AND pants as they are generally sold as a set. The Pierre Cardin jacket I had states this on the tag too (eg. 92 ST on tag and 80 ST on pants).

      This may need confirmation from TMS in case something has changed again, but just a heads up.

      Hi Dharlem39,

      ST = Short, REG = Regular & LNG = Long. These refer to the length of the suit trouser & jacket.

    Interested in buying one. However can you please clarify exactly how much difference is between ST and REG? Which length would you recommend someone that's 177cm tall?

      Having previously bought (and later returned) a Pierre Cardin ST, I would go for the REG. I'm a few CM taller (not much) and the arm length was far too short with ST.

      Hi Uhzid,

      It's a 3cm difference in the trousers & a 1-2cm difference in the jacket. I would recommend a REG if you are 177cm tall.

      Unfortunately, we cannot mix the jacket & trouser sizes as these are predetermined sizes set by our suppliers.

    I noticed one suit in particular that has a different match up of jacket sizes and pants sizes listed (i.e. does not match other listings and your sets in the disc of this post): http://www.themensshop.com.au/van-heusen-slim-fit-pure-wool-…. Is this correct?

    Also do I go with my regular size for the slim fit suits (I'm just under 180cm tall and fit a 88cm jacket and 30cm trousers) or do I go for a size up on what I'd normally get? And the site only lists sleeve lengths for jackets of 96-116, do you have a listing of the sleeve lengths for the smaller sized jackets?

      Thanks Sk0tty for bringing this to our attention, it appears we had the wrong size chart up for this one. We recommend going up a size in the slim suits, If you are an 88 in a classic fit I would suggest going for the 92 in the slim. The 88 Sleeve length is 62cm & the 92 Sleeve length is 63cm.

    Received my Van Heusen Slim Fit black today. Really happy with the fit and look.

    Fabric is 90% wool, 10% polyster.
    Lining is all polyster.
    Super 100's
