[Humble Store] Don't Starve $7.50USD (-50%)

70

An RNG-based horror survival game with very compelling gameplay mechanics.

The aim? To survive for as long as you can. There's also a campaign mode which you can 'discover' during your time in the Sandbox.

Highly customisable settings so you can play the way you want to play (as easy or as hard as you want), with a big range of unlockable characters who possess different strengths and weaknesses.

Recently updated with Steam Workshop functionality, which means the game now allows for user modification to alter and optimise how you want to play the game.

Please note: Whilst this game is also on sale on Steam, I have opted to list only the Humble Store's URL link as it should work out to be the same price, but the developers (Klei Entertainment) receive a higher cut, in addition to the fact that you get a Steam key + DRM free copy of the game.

Great game and a good price. I paid full price and it's worth every cent.

Just wondering where you sourced that info from .. I haven't see full disclosure on Humble Bundle deals before .. I know a few controversial articles about the original Humble Indie bundle not being a good revenue maker for the devleopers involved.. but since it has continued I guess it has worked out OK for every one?

    • You can choose to give 100% of the money to the people who made the game. When you buy it on steam, steam will always take some of the money for the servers and stuff.

      • Humble Store - its different to Humble Bundle sales.

    • Hi there, great question to bring up. And yes, I should have sourced my claims. Here's Phil Fish. Despite all the negativity behind his name, the creator of Fez has been cited in saying that specifically the Humble Store gives 95% of revenue back to developers as opposed to Steam and GoG's 70%
