  I just purchased it and my order is "Under Review". Then I got an email saying:

  "Thanks for your recent order on GameFly! We are hoping to speak with you directly to verify this purchase. We will reach out to you as soon as possible using the email address or phone number located on your account during the following times, Monday –Friday from 8AM CST to 7PM CST and Saturday/Sunday from 8AM CST to 6PM CST."

  I used my VPN because that's what you normally have to do with GameFly since it's region locked.

    This game is available to Australia. I paid with PayPal without a VPN. I got a email confirming my payment. And my keys appeared in my order history instantly:

  Where do you add the coupon? There's no field in the cart.

  Edit: I found it. The field appears after PayPal returns you to GameFly.
