  share a photo of the receipt of Oral-b Professional Care 500 toothbrush. Need it for warranty purposes

  that illegal

  if you bought it with a credit card, your statement is proof of purchase
  if not, sometimes the store will print a duplicate receipt for you

    Thanks, have got it on credit card, will check with Target if they can print a duplicate receipt.

      How could they NOT lose their warranty? Their system logs a warranty claim against docket #whatever, purchased at a particular store on a particular date. If you have used their docket, and they subsequently need to make a claim themselves it would be rejected.

        Does that mean a user can claim warranty only once? What if the item develops fault multiple times during warranty?

        Atleast not the case with my laptop that I have sent for repairs 3 times using the same receipt.

        Moreover I don't think there's any serial numbers on these toothbrushs.

        I think the issue is that there will be 2 users claiming warranty on the same docket #.
