I just bought the acer iconia w510 display unit, and having trouble trying to factory restore the tablet which seems impossible to do. Any idea?

and if you want to do a "refresh" or a "restore" make sure you do not download or install the 8.1 update yet. If you do this, you will lose the ability to do Refresh without providing a Windows 8.1 installation media.
