okay called them and this is how you fix it… when you register for the newsletter it seems to allocate you into their system as a new member.
You need to either a) use that email when you then go to pay
or b) call them, give them the email address you signed up to the newsletter for then they can give you the account password.
Not sure if this is caused by me using one email to sign up for the newsletter and then a different one when I went to pay…

Haha pain in the ass alright. Ok i rang them too and they told me you have to Login first using the info that you used when signing up to their newsletter before finalising the order. That way their system can take you the right way round. Hope that makes sense :)
can't imagine anyone paying full price but bought a set to try anyway, discounted price is reasonable.
