I have been restricted on LinkedIn from inviting people. I now need to provide their e-mail address which is a pain. I have tried to have the restriction lifted but they say no as my account is mature already.
Anyway around this as I would like to keep connecting with people using the same profile.

I think if your connection request has been denied too many times by the other party, you'll be restricted. So maybe just connect with the people that actually know you (and want to connect with you)? Otherwise you just need to cough up some $$ to pay for the stalker Business / Executive monthly plans on LinkedIn.
You need to sleep with someone at LinkedIn HQ.
