I bought a Logitech C270 for $24.50 from Umart last week. Umart seems to have the best price for this webcam. Picked it up from their store in Melbourne. They have stores in Brisbane and Sydney as well. Their URL is http://www.umart.com.au/
This webcam supports HD video and takes good videos/photos.
