I ordered a dress from a TM Lewin Australia email, stupidly not realising that it would be coming from the UK until I received the shipping advice
Does anyone have any experience as to how long it takes for their orders to arrive?
It has been 3 weeks since it shipped (and the Melbourne cup function I had planned to wear it to has been and gone)
T.M.Lewin registered their Australian domain (.com.au) as "Trademark Owner", i.e. they probably don't even have an ABN/ACN to operate as a business here. As far as I can see they are a pure UK shop and is just using an Australian domain to trick people thinking that they are somehow Australian.
Sorry to hear your experience. The delivery might take up to a month in this case :(
