GoPro 3+ came out recently so some of the GoPro 3 units should be going on sale at most retailers. There are 3 models of GoPro so you should have a look at what you want from it.

I opted for a Contour Roam (you can get them at Harvey Norman for ex) and it's much better bang for your buck, plus they're already waterproof without having to buy any extra accessories, and much better to mount on helmets, done over 240 km/h with my Contour on my bike helmet and it didn't move a milimetre!
