You can just ask them, fairly certain some are new stock, they do sell their ex-rentals too however.
I thought they were all new shipped directly from Hong Kong or UK which is why the shipping takes so long.
Only ordered one game but it was wrapped. Shipping time was also reasonable if it was sent from overseas. Better than I expected.
Bought both pokemon x and y from them - shipped from hong kong brand new. The wait time was about 2-2.5 weeks though
I would like to say new (the copies of Pokemon X/Y, Donkey Kong and Fire Emblem were at least from wowhd who seem to be tied in with these guys) but I recently received an empty case of MH3U from VideoEzy who also seem to be from the same stockists and the case looks like it was shelf stock. I'm not sure if the game was stolen before posting or if it was a mistake and someone just grabbed a display case.
