Amart All Sports Pricing Error - Has Anyone Used the $20 Gift Card?

Hi Everyone

When Amart Sports had the pricing error, and they cancelled and refunded my order, I received a $20 voucher.

I just tried using the voucher by trying to purchase an item online but an error message popped up saying the gift card isn't valid.

Has anyone successfully purchased an item using the gift card?

I just checked mine and got "Unable to retrieve Gift Card Balance. Voucher is not active". I guess this would be the number to call 1300 001 229.
