Signed up for *1 month free* Spotify (then pay per month - not happening)

Had previously been given a subscription for my birthday.
Expired, so signed up for 1 free month Premium, then auto pay per month.
Now nothing loads, iPad keeps telling me I have to have Premium to stream.
Not super nerd, so would appreciate any suggested actions.

    Email them? Try reinstalling the app.

    Have you tried logging out and logging back in?

    Maybe try hard resetting the ipad - hold down both the power and the home buttons at the same time until the Apple symbol shows
