I am interested in purchasing some items online from BIG W (as it is not available in store/ click & collect), so I would like to know what're your views on this.
Has anyone had any good experiences with them?
(Based on their facebook page, it seems to be rather poor)

Did it once last year about this time, the box was rather damaged but the item inside was fine.
I had poor experience trying to return a TV I'd ordered (picture was pretty crappy). According to the website and invoice, I could return it to a store myself. When I tried to do this they wanted some document that was supposed to have been sent with the TV or e-mailed to me but I hadn't received it. So then they called up the on-line sales helpdesk, but after 15 minutes wait they worked out that it wasn't staffed on weekends (it was Sat morning). Then they just refused to take the TV back because it was not one that store stocked.
So I had return home with my TV and call the call-centre during the week. They said they'd organise a pickup and get someone to call me in 2 days with a confirmed date and time, a couple of days passed - no call, so I call up and they have no record of any request for a return so we start all over again. Took about 3 calls in the end to get something to happen. Eventually got the TV returned and money refunded but it took some persistence.
It's put me off using their on-line store.
Have received orders from them without any issues.
Not sure if it is just a coincidence, but most positive feedback seems to come from those in NSW, which is where its warehouse is located.
Just hope that 'all' my items arrive and none of that "we're out of stock" or "Aus post lost your item" bullcrap
Have ordered several times without a problem.
They delivered accurately and in a timely fashion the couple of times I have ordered.
