Hi all,
I got a declined of a visa card application recently and I was told that I have a credit profile issue.
I always paying my bill on time and never got any issue before.
the bank informed me to contact veda, I sent application form to them via fax and email many times.
I waited after a week, they said they never received my application.
They have pay option to obtain the credit file.. but I don't feel like to pay 80 dollars to get the profile done.
I am wondering anyone has better suggestion with this issue.

resend your application for the free veda report, this time using registered mail. you can also request a free report online through d&b https://www.checkyourcredit.com.au/MyAccount/Order/StandardS… . both are independent databases and might contain different information. the free reports about 2 weeks to be processed.
