Many years ago now I happen to be working as a system admin for Koorong Books. Whilst doing research one day I stumbled upon ozbargain as a site, one of Scotty's first posts happen to be a Koorong sale. Since finding the site I of course told anyone I could about the concept and the site.
I have watched it grow from a humble small community into a thriving site full of people and bargains. I just wanted to thank the community and anyone who contributes. Over the years I have bought so many things I needed (and a few things I didn't) because of posts on ozbargain. Moderators do a great job of keeping things out, people post some great stuff, and users have a bit of fun with comments. Thanks once again to Scotty for the initial post that sparked the interest. I hope ozbargain continues to thrive.
