Which Bank account is the cheapest to accept Euro $ by EFT?

I sold a domain name and they will pay me 1500 euro by eft or paypal. Which Bank account is the cheapest to accept Euro $ by EFT?
p.s. Paypal do charge 2.4% plus $0.30 plus paypal exchange rate.

    Probably want to look at an international bank like Citi

    I use ING for my international transfers (sending and receiving). They use Ozforex. The rates/fees are good.

    Open a citibank plus account to receive the money without any fee.
