How often do you call CC concierge services and what are the things you get done ? Are there any things you get done apart from booking flight/event ticket and hotels ? I have no idea how to use it.

I've never used that also, but here is a good read:

I am about to book my free flights that I receive each year.
Concierge services will find seats when shows are booked out, book limos, sports tickets, obtain the best seats in restaurants etc.
Have a Westpac platinum card for years. Never used the service. Probably better for me to find bargains on my own rather than rely on them to purchase stuff for me
I've never heard of it, so obviously never use it. I knew about the advance tickets scheme with Visa, but apart from that, I use no extra services.
