Australian Customs (TM Lewin - again)

Now four weeks since I ordered a dress from TM Lewin, and still nothing so I emailed another complaint and asked for a refund.

part of their excuse for the delay is

"due to an unforeseen issue with Australian Customs; a backlog of International post has built up causing delays to customers receiving their goods."

Before I call BS, is anyone else experiencing delays getting parcels in from overseas??

We ordered a bunch of stuff from Amazon US recently and it arrived in about a week.

Someone sent me a package from America, was out of the country 23rd of October.
I got it on the 14th Nov.

Was probably sitting in customs for a few weeks doing nothing.
