I was wondering if anybody had found a prepaid credit card that doesn't charge the usual 3% or so when the card is used to buy items from abroad.
I have a 28 degrees credit card and love the fact that it doesn't charge, but haven't seen any prepaid card equivalent.

the other option is citibank plus transaction account. its a debit/credit, not a prepaid card though.
