I bought my whole computer from them. the DVD drive stopped burning CD's.I contacted them twice by email and not a single reply. Be aware of thei non-existant custmer service. I bought my PC from their Silverwater shop and I could not be bothered to go back there. if the item you are buying carries some sort of manufacturer warranty then you are probably safe. Their website say not to send anything with an RMA. Both my emails were to ask for an RMA and so far nothing "a few months ago".

I am just hoping the rest of the parts will keep working fine for me. I nearly bought this drive until I realised it was AnyPC.
